Role and Responsibilities
Interns selected for this program will gain hands-on exposure to legal and corporate functions within an IT-driven organization. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents while also conducting research on corporate and commercial matters. A distinctive feature of this internship is its blend of traditional legal tasks with innovative content-based assignments. Interns will be required to write at least three legal blogs per week for Apex Advocate, assist with legal content for various platforms, and follow up on sales conducted for Legal Next. They will also engage in client communication, lead generation support, and compliance-oriented activities. This unique combination ensures that interns not only sharpen their core legal skills but also gain insights into business development and corporate operations.
