Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a recognized law program (3-year or 5-year course).
- Previous internship experience in litigation or disputes is required.

Stipend Details:
- INR 6,000 per month for students based in Bangalore.
- INR 6,000 per month plus reimbursement of accommodation expenses up to INR 6,000 for students from outside Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities:
Interns will assist with legal research and drafting in matters relating to disputes. Active participation in meetings and independent handling of assignments is encouraged.

- A statement of interest (maximum 300 words) explaining your motivation to pursue a career in litigation or dispute resolution
- A concise critique/analysis of one of the following Supreme Court judgments:

- M/S Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra
The note should briefly summarize the ruling and offer an original analysis or critique.
