Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for a 3-month Legal Internship at its Colaba office. This program is specifically designed for students who are serious about pursuing a career in litigation and IPR. Unlike standard observational internships, this role offers an immersive experience, allowing interns to move into active involvement in court proceedings and the technical workflows of intellectual property law.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students (pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program).

1st or 2nd-year students (pursuing a 3-year LL.B. program).

Skills: * Strong legal research and analytical reasoning.

Proficiency in drafting legal pleadings and formal documents.

A proactive mindset toward courtroom procedures and IPR filings.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support: Assisting senior advocates before various Courts and Tribunals in Mumbai.

Drafting: Preparing drafts of pleadings, affidavits, and legal notices for civil and criminal matters.

IPR Management: Supporting the team with IPR filings, conducting trademark/patent searches, and preparing replies to examination reports.

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex commercial, property, and testamentary issues.

Mumbai (Colaba – In-person).
