Position Overview
The office is seeking dedicated legal interns to assist in a fast-paced litigation environment. This role is designed for students who are serious about pursuing a career in litigation and wish to learn the practicalities of the “Ground-to-Court” process.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: LL.B. students (3-year or 5-year course).

Skills: * Strong command over English and Hindi (preferred for local court work).

Proficiency in legal research tools.

Basic understanding of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act).

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Court Attendance: Accompanying counsel to various courts and tribunals in Delhi.

Research: Preparing research notes and briefing summaries for upcoming hearings.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting basic petitions, applications, and legal notices.

File Management: Organizing case files and tracking listing dates.

New Delhi (On-Site).
