Eligibility
The internship opportunity at ProInd is open to students enrolled in a Three-Year LL.B. Course or a Five-Year Integrated Law Course at a recognized university, college, or institution. Preference will be given to students in their penultimate years—specifically, those in the 2nd or 3rd year of the Three-Year LL.B. program or the 4th or 5th year of the Five-Year Integrated program. The firm is seeking motivated individuals with a keen interest in General Corporate Law who are eager to gain exposure beyond traditional courtroom practice. Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills, along with a proactive learning attitude, will be considered key assets for applicants.
Role
ProInd is offering a two-month internship program starting from the 1st of September, designed to provide law students with meaningful insights into the world of corporate law. During this eight-week program, interns will have the opportunity to work on real-time assignments, assist with compliance-related tasks, and contribute to corporate legal advisory projects. The internship is conducted in a hybrid mode, allowing students to experience both virtual learning and in-office interactions at ProInd’s office in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Selected interns will gain valuable exposure to the corporate world, interact with industry professionals, and enhance their understanding of legal processes that shape business operations. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded an Internship Completion Certificate as recognition of their contribution.
