Job Summary
Rapido is seeking a resource to assist with drafting and reviewing contracts across various functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.
Department: Litigation (Legal)
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting and Documentation: Prepare and organize legal pleadings, case files, and trackers.
2. Legal Research: Conduct research on statutes, judgments, and relevant legal issues.
3. Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring company compliance with applicable laws.
4. Coordination: Liaise with external counsel and manage information flow.
5. Risk Analysis: Identify legal risks and support mitigation strategies.
6. Stakeholder Support: Provide legal assistance to internal teams and prepare management reports.
Qualifications
- Pursuing 3 or 5 year LLB course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or coursework related to contracts or legal studies is a plus.
