About the Internship
Redcliffe Labs is looking for a Legal Intern to join our in-house Legal team. This internship offers a deep dive into corporate, commercial, and healthcare-related legal work, giving aspiring lawyers exposure to real-world contracts, compliance, and regulatory processes.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
- Strong understanding of contract and corporate law
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting Agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
- Support contract negotiations and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants
- Conduct legal research and assist in policy development
