Internship Opportunity at Redcliffe Labs

Labs is looking for a Legal Intern to join our in-house Legal team. This internship offers a deep dive into corporate, commercial, and healthcare-related legal work, giving aspiring lawyers exposure to real-world contracts, compliance, and regulatory processes.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
• Strong understanding of contract and corporate law
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting Agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
• Support contract negotiations and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants
• Conduct legal research and assist in policy development
