Eligibility
The internship opportunity is open to final-year law students who are eager to develop practical experience in litigation and corporate advisory work. Role
Interns at Semita Legal will gain first-hand experience in multiple areas of law, with opportunities to engage in research, drafting, case preparation, and client advisory matters. The role will involve assisting senior lawyers in preparing briefs, managing litigation documents, and contributing to intellectual property and brand protection assignments. Interns will also support the firm’s corporate advisory practice, learning how to draft agreements and conduct due diligence. With two available positions, selected candidates will be actively involved in real-time legal work that blends both litigation and corporate exposure. This is a paid internship, and all work-related expenses will be reimbursed. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of legal practice while preparing interns for future professional challenges.
