Eligibility
The internship is open to students pursuing law from recognized institutions. Applicants must be in their 2nd year or above of the 3-year LL.B. program, or 3rd year or above of the 5-year integrated LL.B. program. Preference will be given to candidates with a commerce background, owing to the firm’s frequent involvement in commercial and financial disputes. A sound understanding of legal concepts, procedures, and drafting skills is essential. Strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and an eye for detail are key qualities expected in applicants. Familiarity with court procedures and prior experience in drafting contracts or legal documents will be considered an added advantage.
Role
Selected interns will work directly with the partners and associates of the firm, contributing to ongoing matters in both litigation and advisory domains. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting, reviewing contracts and agreements, preparing case briefs, and assisting with court filings. Interns may also have the opportunity to attend court hearings and arbitration proceedings, gaining practical insights into procedural aspects of litigation.
