Legal Interns for a physical, in-office internship. This role is designed for law students seeking hands-on exposure to the workings of the Supreme Court and High Court litigation, focusing on procedural nuances and litigation strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Law students (current).
Specialization: Interest in Litigation, Supreme Court Practice, and Constitutional Law.
Skills: Strong legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a serious commitment to learning litigation practice.
Professionalism: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain discipline, and meet professional deadlines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex legal issues for matters pending before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
Drafting: Assisting in drafting special leave petitions (SLPs), affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.
Court Procedure: Gaining practical exposure to court filings, registry procedures, and observing court proceedings.
Case Preparation: Collaborating with the team to manage case files and prepare briefs for senior counsel.
