Eligibility Criteria

Education: 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year students in a 5-year LL.B. course OR 2nd or 3rd-year students in a 3-year LL.B. course.

Skills: Proficiency in legal research (using SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.) and basic legal drafting.

Attributes: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a proactive approach toward learning litigation procedures.
Areas of Work & Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on civil, criminal, and commercial laws for ongoing matters.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting various legal documents, including petitions, applications, and legal notices.

Court Visits: Attending court proceedings at the High Court and District Courts to observe arguments and procedure.

Case Briefing: Preparing case summaries and briefing notes for senior advocates.

Clerical Understanding: Learning the processes of filing and registry follow-ups.
