Position Overview
Jain & Partners is offering a PAID Internship in Intellectual Property Law. This is an assessment-based internship designed for candidates to demonstrate their skills over a 4–6 month period, with high-performing individuals potentially being considered for a permanent Associate role within the firm.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Fresh law graduates or final-year law students.

Experience: Prior internship experience specifically with an IP law firm or within an IP practice is mandatory.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

IPR Practice: Engaging in trademark oppositions, hearings, and drafting examination responses.

Documentation: Assisting in trademark assignments and patent/copyright filings.

Advisory: Supporting the team in providing legal counsel regarding IPR, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Research: Conducting detailed legal research on Intellectual Property and related commercial regulations.
