Position Overview
The IADR is offering an Online/Remote Internship for the month of March 2026. This opportunity is ideal for students looking to deepen their understanding of international and domestic arbitration frameworks and mediation practices from a research-oriented perspective.
Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting extensive research on recent trends in International Commercial Arbitration and the Mediation Act, 2023.

Content Writing: Drafting articles, blog posts, and newsletters on evolving ADR jurisprudence.

Case Analysis: Summarizing landmark judgments from the Supreme Court of India and international arbitral tribunals.

Webinar Support: Assisting in the coordination of virtual workshops and certificate courses organized by the Institute.
Eligibility

Education: Open to law students in any year of their 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.

Skills: Strong writing skills and a foundational understanding of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
