Position Overview
The firm is looking for Interns to join its team in a Hybrid capacity. This internship is designed to provide law students with a blend of practical litigation experience and corporate research, allowing for flexibility while ensuring high-quality legal training.
Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on Civil, Commercial, and Arbitration laws using SCC Online and Manupatra.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, and applications.

Court Attendance: Attending physical or virtual hearings to observe proceedings and assist in case management.

Corporate Support: Assisting the team in reviewing contracts and conducting due diligence for corporate matters.
Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (5-year course) or 2nd and 3rd year (3-year course).

Skills: Strong research and writing abilities, proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act).

Attributes: Proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing tasks in a hybrid work environment.
