Position Overview:
Wadhwa & Co. is inviting applications for the role of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Intern. This internship provides meaningful exposure to advanced legal research, drafting of pleadings, and the strategic dimensions of ongoing dispute resolution assignments. The internship will commence from 20 February 2026 and will be conducted in-office for a duration of 4–8 weeks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed legal research on assigned cases
- Drafting pleadings and assisting in dispute resolution matters
- Supporting case preparation and contributing to litigation strategy
- Assisting with documentation, evidence review, and legal analysis
- Working closely with the litigation team on active files
Eligibility:
- Students currently enrolled in LL.B. or integrated law programs
- Preference for penultimate or final-year students
- Demonstrated interest and prior internship experience in litigation
- Strong proficiency in legal research tools and drafting
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under professional supervision
