Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its Conveyancing Department. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for candidates with significant experience in conveyancing or commercial property law, looking to advance within a reputable legal practice.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
- Support fee earners in both commercial and residential property matters
- Ensure compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
- Maintain high standards of client communication and service
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory, procedural, and internal guidelines
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal (preferably in conveyancing/commercial property)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
