Recruitment Assistant will support the firm’s recruitment team by coordinating candidate interviews, managing recruitment documentation, and assisting in various stages of the trainee recruitment lifecycle. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating candidate interviews with recruitment agencies, partners, and legal secretaries
- Collecting and organizing interview feedback and preparing approval-to-offer documentation
- Maintaining candidate documentation in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Tracking the candidate lifecycle for recruitment reporting purposes
- Assisting the Manager of Legal Recruitment with the trainee lifecycle including induction, seat moves, mid and end of seat reviews, and qualification processes
- Building professional relationships with partners, associates, trainees, and paralegals while escalating issues when necessary
Eligibility
- Previous administrative experience within a law firm environment
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
