Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, supporting fee earners from initial instruction through to completion and post-registration processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with client onboarding, ID checks, and source of funds verification
Obtain and review title documents
Prepare sale and auction packs
Conduct property searches and draft replies to CPSE and SCR enquiries
Assist in preparing reports on title
Draft landlord and tenant documents and sale contracts
Prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
Handle Land Registry applications and requisitions
Prepare completion statements, invoices, and accounts forms
Assist with post-completion formalities and file closure
Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties
Attend meetings and take notes
Support corporate property work when required

Eligibility:

Prior experience as a paralegal in commercial property (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and professional approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal systems
