The selected candidate will manage their own recruitment desk, build relationships with schools and educators, and contribute to the growth of the company’s education recruitment services.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
Sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality teaching and support staff
Providing excellent service to both clients and candidates
Meeting and exceeding personal and team recruitment targets
Mentoring and supporting junior recruitment consultants

Eligibility

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferably within the education sector)
Demonstrated strong billing history and recruitment success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Passion for education and talent development
