Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Maintaining case files and ensuring proper documentation
• Managing administrative tasks and supporting fee earners
• Ensuring transactions progress within deadlines and compliance standards

Eligibility:

• Prior experience in conveyancing or property law preferred (often 1+ year)
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process and legal documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems
