Position Overview:
Axiom is hiring Commercial/Corporate Paralegals to support various clients across multiple industries. This role involves working on complex commercial agreements while collaborating closely with business and sales teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position offers flexibility in terms of work arrangements depending on client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial contracts
- Handling agreements such as:
- Services and consulting agreements
- Licensing agreements
- Content agreements
- Software development contracts
- SaaS agreements
- SLA and e-commerce agreements
- Supporting sales and business teams on time-sensitive projects
- Managing multiple contracts and transactions simultaneously
- Providing commercially sound legal input in a fast-paced setting
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a commercial law environment
- Strong academic background
- In-house legal experience preferred (including secondments)
- Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
