Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Fulltime, Offline + Virtual
– Represent clients and appear before the Supreme Court, High Court, and Trial Courts (Physically and Virtually)
– Draft and vet substantive legal documents, including petitions, bail applications, and appeals
– Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support complex criminal case strategies
– Handle court filings and maintain meticulous records of daily work and case status
– Assist senior counsel in briefings and the development of comprehensive court strategies
– Manage client communications and prepare detailed conference notes for internal reviews
– Ensure all procedural documentation and record-keeping meet the high standards of the chambers
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in criminal litigation
– Demonstrated exposure to working across the Supreme Court, High Court, and Trial Courts
– Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and critical legal analysis
