Position Overview:

Chandhiok & Mahajan is inviting applications for the

position of Associate for its Corporate / Transactions team. The role requires professionals with relevant post-qualification experience who can work from the firm’s Delhi office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
Assisting in corporate transactional matters
Handling legal work related to Companies Act and FEMA regulations
Supporting the team in managing end-to-end transactions

Eligibility:

Experience: 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate transactions practice
Strong experience in due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents
Good working knowledge of Companies Act and FEMA regulations
Prior experience handling transactions independently is preferred
