Position Overview:
This role is designed for an experienced paralegal who can independently manage the full contract lifecycle. The position involves close collaboration with Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations, offering exposure to international commercial legal work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS, vendor contracts, licensing agreements)
- Managing the full contract lifecycle (intake to execution, renewal, and closure)
- Translating business requirements into clear contractual terms (SLAs, KPIs, pricing, deliverables)
- Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks (liability, indemnities, compliance)
- Supporting corporate governance and improving contract management processes
- Developing templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks
- Assisting with employment law matters, disputes, and litigation support
Eligibility:
- 3–4+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and legal management systems
