Position Overview:
The Employment Paralegal will work within the firm’s employment law team, supporting both contentious (tribunal work) and non-contentious employment matters. The role involves close coordination with solicitors and HR/legal stakeholders, handling advisory and litigation-related tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with employment tribunal matters and litigation support
- Providing support on general employment law issues
- Assisting HR teams with employment-related queries
- Conducting legal research and drafting documentation
- Supporting delivery of training and legal updates
- Handling administrative and case management tasks within employment law practice
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in employment law (law firm or in-house) preferred
- Strong understanding of employment law principles and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
