Position Overview:

Legal Cashier (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor online banking transactions and financial activities.
Check and manage the banking inbox daily.
Support billing processes across the firm.
Manage client-to-office financial transfers.
Respond to finance-related queries from staff and departments.
Process invoice payments through an online portal.
Work closely with fee earners, secretaries, and the cashiering team to maintain smooth financial operations.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Eligibility:

Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Cashier within a law firm.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes while maintaining professionalism.

Job Details:

Opportunity: Legal Cashier (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Stipend/Remuneration: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
