Position Overview
KAnalysis Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its IP practice and is looking for a Global Trademark Manager to join its growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage global trademark portfolios for clients.
- Handle domestic as well as international trademark filings.
- Draft responses to examination reports and opposition proceedings.
- Conduct trademark searches and provide clearance opinions.
- Coordinate with foreign associates for international filings.
- Manage renewals, assignments, and recordals.
- Advise clients on brand protection and trademark strategy.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M (IP specialization preferred).
- 5–6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
- Strong drafting and client-handling skills.
- Experience with international filings (Madrid filings preferred).
