Position Overview:

Keylynk invites applications for the position of Labour Law Consultant. The role involves advising organizations on labour law compliance, HR policy alignment, and implementation of the new Labour Codes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Researching and interpreting Central and State Labour Codes and Rules
• Reviewing HR policies, payroll structures, and employment contracts
• Identifying statutory compliance gaps and recommending corrective measures
• Preparing As-Is vs To-Be compliance implementation roadmaps
• Aligning wage structures in accordance with the 50% wage definition rule
• Drafting HR policy templates, appointment letters, and compliance documentation

Eligibility:

• Qualification:
  • LL.B / LL.M / PG Diploma in Labour Laws
  • MBA (HR) with strong Industrial Relations and legal background may also apply
• Experience: 1–4 years
• Key Skills: Labour law research, compliance advisory, policy drafting, and statutory interpretation
