The organization is offering a Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal role featuring an 8-week intensive training programme, followed by a guaranteed placement in a law firm. This role is tailored for fresh graduates or individuals transitioning into the legal profession, particularly in property law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with property transactions (sales and purchases)
- Drafting and preparing conveyancing-related legal documents
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines and compliance standards
- Participating in client meetings and property viewings
Eligibility:
