Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in managing domestic abuse and family law cases
- Drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
- Supporting case progression and maintaining case files
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Attending hearings (as a note-taker or assistant, where required)
- Handling administrative and legal support tasks efficiently
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in family law/domestic abuse cases preferred
- Understanding of legal aid processes (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive matters
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
