Office Overview:

The National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi is a premier National Law University established in 2010. It is recognized by the UGC and BCI and is known for excellence in legal education, research, and administration.

Position Overview:

Applications are invited for the posts of Registrar, Personal Assistant, and Stenographer (total 4 positions) for the year 2026. The roles involve administrative and non-teaching responsibilities within the university.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Registrar: Administrative leadership, institutional management, and supervision of university operations
Personal Assistant: Providing executive support, handling correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
Stenographer: Stenography, typing, transcription, and clerical assistance
Assisting in smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes

Eligibility:

Registrar:
- Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks
- Extensive administrative/academic experience (approx. 15 years)
- Age limit: up to 55 years
Personal Assistant:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Typing & shorthand proficiency (100 WPM shorthand preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience
Stenographer:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Stenography speed (approx. 80 WPM) and typing skills
- Computer proficiency required
