Position Overview

The firm is looking for a Paralegal to join its Noida office. This is an offline, in-office role designed for individuals who are organized, research-oriented, and eager to support a fast-paced legal practice. The position offers significant exposure to corporate filings, case management, and legal documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Type: Full-time Paralegal (Offline).

• Case Management: Maintaining and organizing case files, tracking hearing dates, and managing the firm’s legal calendar.

• Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on statutes, case laws, and regulatory updates to support senior associates.

• Documentation: Assisting in drafting legal notices, affidavits, basic contracts, and applications for various courts and tribunals.

• Filings: Managing physical and electronic filings before courts, trademarks registries, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

• Administrative Support: Coordinating with court clerks and assisting in the day-to-day administrative functions of the legal team.

Eligibility

• Education: Law graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) or final-year law students available for full-time work.

• Experience: Prior experience as a paralegal or long-term intern in a law firm setting is preferred.

• Skills: Proficiency in using legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatras, etc.), strong command over MS Office, and excellent organizational skills.

• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to commute to Noida.
