Position Overview:
Family Law Paralegal
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Family Law Partner or working alongside a Senior Solicitor.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks.
- Communicating with courts, experts, and relevant agencies.
- Preparing legal documents and materials for hearings.
- Providing general legal and administrative support to the Family Law team.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a Family Law team.
- Experience in Legal Aid work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior legal professionals.
Job Details:
Opportunity: Family Law Paralegal
Stipend/Remuneration: £23,000 – £24,000 per year + benefits
