The role is for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Legal Practice. The candidate will work closely with a Business Manager and contribute to expanding Reed Legal’s presence across London. The position focuses on recruiting qualified solicitors and handling paralegal vacancies while building a strong talent pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit for qualified solicitor roles and paralegal positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and law firms
- Develop and manage a high-quality talent pipeline
- Engage strategically with candidates in a competitive market
- Strengthen Reed Legal’s market presence across designated London regions
- Collaborate closely with the Business Manager and contribute to team growth
- Develop sector-specific expertise in legal recruitment
