Position Overview:
The role is for a Paralegal on an initial 3-month temporary contract with the potential for extension. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal Services team with general legal queries
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and academic/research documentation
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports
- Work closely with the Legal Services Manager and internal stakeholders
- Manage a shared legal inbox and respond to enquiries and correspondence
- Liaise with internal clients and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of legal queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in a Paralegal or similar legal support role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage varied workloads and prioritise effectively
- Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders in a professional environment
