Position Overview:
The firm is recruiting Litigation Paralegals to handle housing disrepair matters. This is an entry-level friendly role where candidates will be trained to manage their own caseload, gaining full exposure to the litigation lifecycle from intake to resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims
- Handle files from initial instruction through to settlement or resolution
- Draft basic legal correspondence and documentation
- Communicate with clients, landlords, and third parties
- Maintain accurate records and case updates
- Work towards targets and performance metrics
- Apply procedural knowledge learned through training
Eligibility:
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
