Position Overview:
The role involves working closely with associates on a wide spectrum of secondaries transactions, representing buyers, sellers, and sponsors. It offers strong exposure to complex corporate and funds-related work, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in transactional law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Supporting investor onboarding processes
- Maintaining transaction trackers and managing documentation
- Assisting with closing processes and preparing signing packs
- Conducting legal research relevant to transactions
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Completion of LPC or SQE preferred
- Prior paralegal experience in Funds or Corporate law
- Open to future trainees available for at least one year with relevant corporate experience
