Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage delegated cases and report progress to the Head of Department
Conduct legal research and remain updated on relevant legal developments
Draft legal documents including pleadings, applications, and witness statements
Handle civil litigation matters from initiation to conclusion
Assist during hearings by preparing files, exhibits, and taking notes
Liaise with courts, counsel, and clerks
Prepare briefs and case materials
