About the Job
This role is designed for a Growth Partner, not a mere Associate. It is seeking a dynamic individual who can manage the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensure smooth completion of work, and thrive under responsibility. You will be instrumental in the firm’s growth, offering both legal expertise and operational excellence. Please note that this is a Full-Time Offline Employment based out of the Mumbai office at Jogeshwari (East), subject to satisfactory completion of compulsory probationary period of two months.
I. Core Responsibilities & Impact:

II. Technology & Innovation Mandate:

Essential and Non-Negotiable
- Experience: 1 to 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Quality and variety of work matter more than sheer tenure.
- Education: LL.B. from a recognized and reputed University. Science background or a strong Scientific Temper is highly valued.
- Mandatory Skills: Self-directed, adaptive work style. Exceptional Written Communication and Linguistic Intelligence. Persevering and Proactive mindset.
- Logistics: Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred (or candidates willing to relocate at their own expenses). Willingness to Travel extensively for work, primarily within Mumbai, but Domestic Travel may be required.
Transparency in Compensation and Growth
It believes in a performance-driven environment where investment follows demonstrated results. The initial period is structured as a mutual evaluation phase.

| Probationary Stipend (Base Pay) | ₹25,000/- per month (In-Hand Salary) for the entire two-month probationary period. |
| Probationary Conditions | Notice: Firm can relieve, or candidate can leave, with only 1 to 2 days’ short notice. Compensation Liability: The firm will not be liable to pay compensation or severance if the candidate is relieved or chooses to leave during this probationary period. |
| Leave Policy (Probation) | No Paid Leaves are granted during the probationary period. Pay will be deducted for the day on which the candidate takes a leave. |
| Working Schedule | Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. |
| Post-Probation Salary & Growth | The salary will be reviewed, adjusted, and might be increased from the third month onwards, based entirely on the performance of the candidate and the growth/progress of the firm. Performance Incentives will be offered to Permanent Associates post the successful completion of probationary period in addition to the base salary. |
| Career Trajectory | Potential for leadership positions and significant package increments by Year 2-3, including a clear revenue-sharing path, based on contribution to the organization and candidate’s performance. |

- Date of Joining: As soon as possible for the right candidate (Rolling Application).
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Primary Office: Jogeshwari (E)). Candidates living in a travelling proximity of the office would be given preference.

Probationary Terms (Strict Conditions):
- Period: Initial two (2) months are strictly probationary.
- Notice: Both the firm and the candidate may terminate the arrangement with a short notice of 1-2 days.
- Compensation: The firm will not be liable to pay compensation or severance if the candidate is relieved or chooses to leave during this period.Leaves: No Paid Leaves are granted during probation; pay will be deducted for the day on which the candidate takes a leave.
