Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
• Conducting in-depth legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
• Supporting senior counsels and clients with strategic inputs
