About the Role

Represent the company in legal proceedings by attending courts, MahaRERA, appellate tribunals, government authorities, and police stations in relation to civil and criminal cases or complaints, if any.

Draft and review key legal documents for residential projects such as Agreements for Sale, Allotment Letters, Application Forms, and marketing materials.

Prepare and vet legal documents for commercial property transactions, including Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Sale Deeds.

Draft and review responses to customer communications and legal queries.

Draft and review procurement-related documents and commercial contracts.

Handle the preparation and review of various legal documents such as deeds, NDAs, and agreements for commercial transactions.

Provide regular updates and MIS reports to the Legal Head (Mumbai) regarding ongoing legal matters and pending assignments.

Carry out any additional legal tasks or assignments as delegated by the Legal Head.
