Corporate Legal Matters

Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements
Assist in corporate structuring, M&A deals, and compliance processes

Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions

Real Estate Transactions

Advise on property acquisitions, leases, and development projects
Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, and title documents
Perform title due diligence and property document verification

Legal Research and Advisory

Conduct comprehensive legal research and compile relevant reports
Provide clear, actionable legal advice to clients

Client Coordination

Support client meetings and ensure efficient delivery of legal services
Participate in negotiations and provide legal input on critical matters
