The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Alok Aradhe, Judge, Supreme Court of India, offers a prestigious platform for law students to observe the highest level of Indian jurisprudence. Justice Aradhe is recognized for his expertise in Constitutional and Civil Law, having previously served as the Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court and a Judge at the High Courts of Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
Position Overview
The office is inviting applications for Offline Judicial Internships for the months of March, April, and May 2026. This program is designed for students committed to litigation and judicial research, offering a first-hand look at the appellate process and judicial decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities

Bench Memoranda: Assisting in preparing detailed memos outlining legal questions and precedents for upcoming cases.

Legal Research: Conducting deep-dive research on complex legal issues, including constitutional matters and international legal comparisons.

Case Briefing: Preparing brief summaries of matters listed for hearing and organizing case law.

Court Observation: Attending Supreme Court proceedings to understand the transition of written research into oral advocacy.
Eligibility

Education (5-Year LL.B.): Students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.

Education (3-Year LL.B.): Students currently in their 2nd or 3rd year.

Skills: Mandatory proficiency in legal databases like SCC Online and Manupatra, with strong analytical and legal writing skills.
