Justice Aradhe, elevated to the Supreme Court in August 2025, previously served as the Chief Justice of the Bombay and Telangana High Courts. Position Overview
The office is inviting applications for Full-Time Physical Internships in New Delhi. This role offers law students firsthand exposure to the judicial decision-making process at the highest level, involving rigorous legal research and assistance in preparing for high-stakes appellate matters.
Roles and Responsibilities

Bench Memoranda: Assisting judicial clerks in preparing detailed bench memos that outline legal questions and precedents for upcoming cases.

Deep-Dive Research: Conducting exhaustive research on complex legal issues, including constitutional law and international legal comparisons.

Case Summarization: Mastering the art of summarizing voluminous case files and Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) for quick judicial reference.

Court Observation: Observing proceedings in the Supreme Court to witness how research translates into oral advocacy and judicial inquiry.
Eligibility

Education: 5-Year LL.B.: Students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.

3-Year LL.B.: Students currently in their 2nd or 3rd year.

Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
