About the Opportunity

The Chambers of Akshay Mohiley is currently seeking a Junior Associate to support its growing practice, particularly in matters involving the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Noida. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain substantial hands-on experience in real estate law and litigation.

Eligibility Requirements

LL.B. from a recognized law school
1–2 years of professional legal experience preferred (recent graduates with substantial internship exposure to litigation or real estate matters are also encouraged to apply)
Strong legal drafting and research capabilities
A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Registration with a State Bar Council is desirable

Key Responsibilities

Support in managing client matters before RERA, Noida and similar regulatory bodies
Conduct detailed legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents
Attend hearings and engage in court proceedings
Contribute to case strategy and client communication
