Qualifications & Mandated Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and hold an LL.B. degree or equivalent from a recognised university. A valid Bar Council registration to practice law in India is mandatory. Strong research and drafting skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Manupatra, SCC Online, MS Office Suite, and court portals. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in both litigation and corporate matters, as well as those with certifications or training in ADR, corporate law, or litigation practices.
Compensation and Terms
The role offers a competitive CTC ranging from ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month paid probation period, after which their confirmation will be based on performance evaluation.
