
About the Internship
The Nation First Policy Research Centre (NFPRC) invites applications for its Law and Policy Internship Program for the following months:
December 2025 | January 2026 | February 2026 | March 2026
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on legislative and legal research at the intersection of law, governance, and public policy. Interns will contribute to NFPRC’s ongoing projects analysing laws, policies, and institutional reforms shaping India’s governance landscape.
Eligibility
- Law students or recent graduates interested in legislative research, constitutional law, and public institutions
- Non-law graduates (Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, etc.) who demonstrate strong analytical and research abilities and an interest in the legal aspects of policy
- Excellent research, writing, and comprehension skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on Bills, Acts, and Parliamentary agendas
- Draft briefs and background notes on legislative and regulatory developments
- Review government notifications, reports, and judicial developments
- Support projects on governance and institutional reform
- Contribute to research exploring how law influences economic and policy outcomes
