Role Overview

This is an on-site,

full-time role based in New Delhi for a Legal Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will provide vital administrative support within a legal office environment. Responsibilities include preparing legal documentation, managing schedules, maintaining files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and format legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain organized filing systems for legal records
Communicate effectively with legal staff and clients
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure workflow continuity

Desired Qualifications

Background in legal studies or experience with legal document preparation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and standard office tools
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory
