Position Overview
We are currently hiring for a full-time, on-site Advocate based in Kanpur. The role involves offering expert legal advice, handling legal documentation, and representing the company in legal matters. The Advocate will collaborate with different teams to support a wide range of legal needs, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation across company operations

Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts

Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Ensure the company complies with all applicable legal requirements

Liaise with clients and internal teams to address legal concerns

Candidate Requirements

Strong skills in legal research, counsel, and representation

Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation

Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory standards

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Capable of working independently in an on-site setting

Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
